Returns & Cancellations


Each piece of jewellery is handmade to order in Ireland with care and intention. Because of the made-to-order nature of my work, returns and cancellations are limited under Irish and EU consumer law.

 


 

Cooling-off period

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. However, this right does not apply to items that are custom-made, made to order, or personalised.

As all Soufana Attia pieces are handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once production has begun, except in cases of fault or error.

 


 

Order changes or cancellations

You may request an order change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this period, work on your piece will have begun and changes can no longer be made.

If you need to adjust your ring size or delivery details within this window, please contact us as soon as possible in the Contact me Page.


 

Faulty or damaged items

I take great care to ensure each piece meets the highest standards. If your jewellery arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

Each request will be handled with care and individually assessed.

 


 

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, and in line with Irish retail practice, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or not as described.

 


 

Handmade character

Each Soufana Attia piece is made by hand, slight variations in texture, finish, and form are intentional and part of the design. These are not considered faults, but marks of individuality that make each piece one of a kind.
