All pieces are shipped with DHL Express, fully insured, tracked, and handled with care from the moment they leave my studio.

Delivery times vary depending on your country, typically 1–2 business days within the EU and 3–6 business days worldwide. During busy periods, there may be some delays to these timelines.

Customs clearance times may occasionally affect delivery estimates too, but you’ll always receive a tracking link once your order has shipped so you can follow it in real time.

As soon as I finish up creating your piece, you will receive an email that your piece has shipped with tracking details.

Every order is packaged securely and shipped with full coverage for loss or damage during transit.
